Job Summary

Boulou BPO is seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to handle both inbound and outbound calls, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This role will work closely with the Digital Marketing team to support campaigns, follow up on leads, and execute outreach initiatives, including cold calling potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, including cold calls, to prospective clients.
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries from potential customers.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketer on outreach initiatives and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
• Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on lead quality and client responses.
• Maintain a professional and positive brand image for BOULOUBPO

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or call centre work preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume calls.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales or customer service background .
• Familiarity with BPO or service-based industries .
